75 Minute Complex Care Consultation

Service Description

This extended consultation is designed for patients navigating complex, chronic, or multisystem conditions such as hypermobility spectrum disorders (EDS), POTS, dysautonomia, MCAS, ME/CFS, and chronic musculoskeletal pain. The visit includes a detailed medical history review, assessment of prior testing and imaging, and structural evaluation when appropriate. Many chronic pain presentations involve overlapping connective tissue, autonomic, and biomechanical factors. The goal is to identify meaningful physiological patterns and clarify what may benefit from intervention, ongoing management, or careful monitoring. Diagnostic evaluation follows established clinical criteria and current evidence-based guidelines. This is not a rushed visit. Time is intentionally reserved to allow for integration, discernment, and collaborative planning. Patients are encouraged to bring relevant records and identify their top concerns and goals in advance.
