This 90-minute consultation is designed for patients with extensive medical histories, complex diagnostic questions, or multisystem presentations requiring deeper integration. In addition to comprehensive history-taking and structural assessment, this visit allows expanded time for collaborative review of key medical records, prior imaging, and specialist evaluations. Rather than attempting to pre-sort years of documentation, we focus together on the most clinically relevant information to clarify patterns and next steps. This format is particularly helpful when multiple systems — connective tissue, autonomic regulation, immune function, and chronic musculoskeletal factors — intersect in ways that require careful mapping.
