Service Description

We will submit claims to Medicare and your supplemental insurance on your behalf. However, please understand that you are ultimately responsible for the full cost of your visit, even if you anticipate your insurance will cover everything. It is crucial that you personally verify your coverage with your insurance providers. While Medicare generally covers approximately 80% of the visit cost, and your supplemental insurance may cover the remaining balance, this is not guaranteed. You will be billed for any uncovered portion. Please also confirm that you are enrolled in Medicare Part B, and not a Medicare-based private insurance plan, as coverage details can vary significantly.
